When the weather's chilly, it can be tempting to spend the weekends hibernating at home... but these exciting events around South Jersey will motivate you to get out and about! Here are some fun events and activities happening locally in January and February of 2022:

JANUARY

January through February: Vintner Wonderland at Renault Winery in Egg Harbor City

If you didn't catch this from our holiday events blog, you'll want to take note now! Featuring everything from ice skating to horse-drawn carriage rides (and of course, wine!) the Renault Winery's Vintner Wonderland is a "must-see" attraction this Winter until the end of February! More info: Vintner Wonderland at Renault Winery

Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the Month: Trivia at Lunacy Brewing Co. in Haddon Heights

You don't need to be a beer enthusiast to have a blast at Lunacy Brewing Co.'s Trivia night every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month! January 9th - 21st: Restaurant Week in Center City, Philadelphia

There's nothing quite like a night on the town! Your favorite Center City restaurants are offering multi-course prix fixe lunches for $25 and dinners for $40 to enjoy indoors or outdoors. Saturday, January 15th from 7pm - 10pm: Wine and Oldies Night in Glassboro

Thursday, January 20th from 5:30pm - 8:30pm: Disney Movie Trivia & Tacos in Hammonton

Check out the White Horse Winery in Hammonton and enjoy a night of Disney Trivia and Tacos filled with friendly competition and prizes. Bring your own team or join up with others! Starting on January 22nd: Winter Wonder at Longwood Gardens in PA

It may not be around the corner, but a trip to Longwood Gardens is always worth it! Check out their Winter Wonder oasis featuring many unique and beautiful winter blooms. FEBRUARY

Saturday, February 5th: Wing Wars in Atlantic City

At Golden Nugget Casino, more than 15 South Jersey eateries, bars and restaurants will "compete for ultimate wing supremacy" at Atlantic City Weekly’s Wing Wars V from Noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022, and all-you-can-eat wing extravaganza, presented by 103.7 WMGM Rocks. Saturday, February 5th from 7pm - 11pm: 90's Dance Party at Laurita Winery in New Egypt

Thursday, February 10th from 6:30pm - 9:30pm: Galentine's Market at Villari's Lakeside in Sicklerville

Friday, February 11th from 6pm to 9pm: Galentine's Ladies Night Out at Tomasello Winery in Hammonton

February 18th: Harry Potter - The Exhibition at Franklin Institute in Philly

If you're a big Harry Potter fan, you won't want to miss the Harry Potter exhibit at the Franklin Institute opening in February! This may not be a set event, but it's a fantastic activity to take advantage of while the temps are cold!
