Real Estate and Homes

The homes in Wildwood vary from many different styles and home types. There are still many older homes with mid-1900s style architecture, and there are many new and renovatd homes scattered throughout. Single-family living isn't the only option in Wildood as there are also condo buildings, apartments, townhomes and beyond. And with so many options to explore, it would be hard not to find something you love.

According to Realtor.com, the median listing price as of April 2022 in Wildwood was just under $500k. This makes Wildwood one of the more affordable shore points to reside when comparing home pricing to other local points.

Attractions and Things to Do

The main attraction that Wildwood offers is, of course, the beautiful beaches and ocean! There are also many other activities and site to see, though. The Wildwood boardwalk is an awesome place for families to have fun with many restaurants and food stands, rides, games, shops and so much more. Most of Wildwood's beaches are free, which is a perk in and of itself. Wildwood's beaches and boardwalks host incredible events all throughout the year from the Wildwood Kite Festival to the Wildwood Irish Weekend. These events draw large crowds but are immense fun to take part in! Wildwood is also nearby other shore points, attractions in Atlantic City and landmarks like the Cape May Zoo.

Surrounding Areas

Getting around Wildwood is easy by car, bike or... most populary, by foot! Wildwood is also very close to the Garden State Parkway and the Atlantic City Expressway, making it easy to get to the nearest highways, airports and other shore points. Philadelphia is only about an hour and a half away by car, so getting into the city is an easy option for a day trip or overnight stay.

Not only is Wildwood a beautiful place to live with lots to see and do, but it is also a great place for a second home or investment property. There are many visitors from out-of-town during the summer months that seek rental options for larger groups. Wildwood also offers more affordable opportunities than other local shore points, yet still has many (or all) of the same great benefits as those locations. Life in Wildwood is never dull and it is a fantastic place for individuals and families alike to call home!
